Biography 
Donna O'Regan joined SJ Shooter Real Estate in January 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience from both the hospitality and agriculture industries. Her background in hospitality has given her the ability to connect with people and build strong relationships with clients and tenants, while her time in agriculture taught her valuable problem-solving skills—something she puts to good use in the fast-paced world of property management.
As a Property Management Assistant, Donna thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. She loves taking on new challenges and continuously learning, making her a great asset to the team. Her high-energy approach and open-minded attitude allow her to tackle situations head-on while ensuring the best outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending her weekends outdoors—whether it's camping, kayaking, fishing, or going for long walks. When it's time to unwind, she loves a good movie night.
Having moved to Dubbo in February 2024, Donna spent time working in a local café before transitioning into real estate. She enjoys seeing familiar faces from her café days, many of whom are now landlords and tenants at SJ Shooter, making her new role feel even more rewarding.
How does Donna eat a meat pie? Donna says "I'm a plain meat pie kind of girl but I love dousing it in salt!"
