Biography 
Ashleigh Tink has been part of the SJ Shooter Real Estate team for almost a year, bringing with her a background in childcare—an entirely different industry, but one that gave her strong teamwork, organization, and routine skills.
As a Leasing Consultant, Ashleigh absolutely loves helping people find a home for themselves or their families. She thrives in the fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a hardworking, supportive team. Nothing beats the feeling of making that special call to tell someone they've been approved for their new home!
Ashleigh describes herself as caring, empathetic, and a bit of a control freak—organization is her thing! She’s always eager to learn new skills and genuinely loves helping people.
Outside of work, she enjoys returning to her hometown of Coonabarabran, exploring the Warrumbungles, and spending time by the water—whether it's fishing, wakeboarding, or tubing at the dams and lakes. Her favourite place in the world is Forster, where she can fully relax and enjoy the peaceful beach vibes.
How does Ashleigh eat a meat pie? "Rip the lid off, eat that. Scoop the mince out than eat the bottom of the pastry. Also no sauce I hate tomato sauce! "
