Biography 
Melissa Tong joined SJ Shooter Real Estate as a receptionist in 2024. Her background in community services within local government has equipped her with a wide range of skills, including strong interpersonal communication, organizational expertise, and a deep passion for helping people. With many years of customer service experience, Melissa excels at working with diverse teams, whether large, small, or remote, and brings valuable tech and office skills to her role.
As a Receptionist, Melissa loves interacting with clients and tenants, while supporting the dynamic Property Management and Sales teams. She enjoys the daily variety that comes with her position, offering her new opportunities to learn and grow. Melissa particularly values the chance to share her enthusiasm for regional life with those new to Dubbo.
Melissa prides herself on being a team player with integrity, and she approaches her work with a conscientious, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset. Her openness and inclusivity make her a valuable member of the SJ Shooter team.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with family and friends, cycling, walking, camping, and practicing yoga. Though she loves the slower pace of regional life in Dubbo, she's still getting used to the chilly winter temperatures.
