Nicola Ferguson joined SJ Shooter Real Estate in May 2023. Before transitioning into real estate, Nicola worked as a Retail Bridal Assistant and an Early Childhood Educator, roles that equipped her with strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills. Her attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and knack for scheduling are invaluable assets in her current role.
As a Property Management Assistant, Nicola thrives on building strong relationships with both tenants and landlords. She loves the variety that each day brings, from creative problem-solving to brainstorming effective solutions. Her role offers her a sense of fulfillment as she strives to provide positive experiences and achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.
