Biography 
Karolin Hughes joined the SJ Shooter Real Estate team in 2024, marking her second foray into the world of real estate. Her first experience was a brief stint as a receptionist in Queens, New York, during a school summer break—her very first job. Now, she’s come full circle, bringing a wealth of diverse experiences to her role.
Before diving into real estate, Karolin built a solid career in the fashion industry in New York City, working as a leather accessories Product Developer for Coach. After relocating to Australia in 2019, she gained further experience in retail and as an Office Administrator at a day care centre. These roles honed her keen eye for detail, teamwork abilities, strong communication skills, and effective workload prioritisation.
Karolin prides herself on being approachable, transparent, and reliable—qualities that she brings to her role as a Property Management Assistant. She finds immense satisfaction in helping applicants secure their dream homes and guiding landlords through the leasing process, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Karolin cherishes time with her two daughters, often enjoying cozy movie nights on the couch. She feels fortunate to be part of the SJ Shooter team, where the supportive environment makes her role even more rewarding.
